Seymour Village & Deep Cove

Seymour Village

Not every neighbourhood can say they are able to snowboard at their local ski hill, Mount Seymour, ride their bike home to golf at Northlands Golf Course in the afternoon – all in their backyard!

As the largest area in the District, encompassing the Riverside, Seymour Heights, Blueridge, McCartney Woods, Windridge, Windsor Park, Northlands, Parkway, Parkgate, Indian River, and Roche Point neighbourhoods Seymour is known as family neighbourhood.

It is also home to the Tsleil-Waututh First Nation. Bounded by the Seymour River and its canyon on the west, Deep Cove to the east, Burrard Inlet to the south and the forests of Seymour Mountain to the north, Seymour is a family-oriented community with abundant recreational amenities. Residents in this area are minutes from the huge network of trails in the forests and the tranquil beauty of the Maplewood Mudflats nature preserve on the waterfront.

Deep Cove

Our treasured waterfront community of Deep Cove refers to both the community in the easternmost part of the District of North Vancouver and also the geographic name of the small bay. It is affectionately referred to as “The Cove” by local residents.

Luxury homes on the water yield some of the highest values while boat access only properties nearby are most affordable. Housing mix is mostly single family homes with some townhomes and condos near the Village.Modern and executive style homes make up the majority of this middle neighbourhood.

A destination for recreational lovers for picnics and beachcombing at Cates Park, Deep Cove Park, boating, kayaking, hiking or golf. Don’t forget to visit famous Honey’s Doughnuts.
